FestFriends is the most secure and convenient way to buy or sell tickets to the worlds most popular music festivals like Coachella, Lollapalooza, EDC, Ultra, and many more.

How it Works

The FestFriends marketplace operates similar to the stock market. Users place "bids" and "asks" on tickets, by setting a price they are willing to pay or accept for a particular ticket. When a bid and ask meet at the same price, the platform automatically matches the buyer and seller to set a transaction.

Authentication
What makes FestFriends unique is the fact that we act as an intermediary to authenticate every transaction and ticket. After the platform sets the transaction, the seller sends us the physical wristband ticket to verify it is legitimate and exactly as listed. Once our team has completed the verification process, we hand the ticket over to the buyer, and release the funds to the seller. No more awkward meet-ups in dimly-lit Starbucks parking lots with strangers from Craigslist.

Price Transparency
With our platform, users have access to all current offers on both sides of the market, as well as the full sales history for every ticket, regardless of their location. They know exactly how much tickets are going for, and don’t have to worry about ridiculous fees that creep up at the last second.

Confidentiality
Transactions are completely anonymous, so buyers and sellers don’t have to worry about sifting through countless pages of listings to find a person they’re comfortable dealing with. All they have to think about is the price they are willing to pay or accept for the ticket they want to buy or sell. We take care of the rest.

Peace of Mind
The end result is that parties on both sides of the transaction can operate with peace of mind. The buyer knows that they will receive a legitimate ticket for their hard-earned money, while the seller knows that they will be compensated for the ticket they are sending out. So everyone can worry about more important things, like what to wear or which artists they want to see.
